📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note that processing takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at lunababe.store@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at lunababe.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size. Check the individual product description for any specific sizing notes.

Do you restock sold-out items?
