Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping – 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping – 3-5 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $60.00
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Lost or Damaged Packages Melted Squad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lunababe.store@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Melted Squad is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
